We spent the first day of 2009 playing in the park. How perfect is that? The four of us spent the night at Mimi and Pops' house with Uncle RP, too. Colt and Ellie stayed up until 11:30. They probably could have made to midnight, but their Daddy could not. Mimi made tortilla soup and busted out the chocolate fountain. YUMMY! Then we woke up and headed to the park. 
Colton loved digging in the gravel with Daddy.
And of course Ellie had a turn, too.

I love that Elliette had to be in the driver's seat. She always is.
Uncle RP helped Colton climb all the way to the top of the climbing wall.
That Saturday, Aunt Coco and Uncle Zach came in. We all went to Barnes and Noble before dinner. The Thomas the Train table was a big hit. I am trying to find a place for one in our house for a possible b-day present in March.
Aunt Coco helped Ellie put some ducks on the track.
