One of my girls', Katie, came home from California for a visit. Her adorable son, Jackson, is exactly eight months older than our twins. We got together as much as we could. One of our first play dates was at the spray park. My favorite part was that Jackson came running up wearing the same swim trunks as Colton. So funny. Their mommies must be friends. Here are our three two year olds taking a break.
The boys thought it was great that they had on the same swim shorts. What handsome boys!
I love this picture. The boys couldn't wait to go run and play. Ellie just looked at them and her expression read, "Ugh, boys."
We also met up at the library. The fire dept. came and let the children investigate their trucks. As much as Colton loves fire trucks, I thought he would be overcome with excitement. But I think we was just in such awe, he was expressionless. Here are the three amigos posing in front of the fire engine. Notice Colton can not keep his eyes off of the truck.
Finally, we got Baby Maddie Lou to come play. Ellie was super excited to have a baby around. Maddie is a sweet little girl.
Ellie loved her. She didn't let her out of her sight. We love you Katie, Jackson and Maddie. Come home again soon.
