Mimi got a really neat swimming pool with a slide for Colton and Elliette this summer. Here are some pics of its debut.
Colton soon discovered that emptying the water was as just as entertaining as splashing in it.
Mimi and Daddy had some difficulty tying down the slide. (Which turned out to be a blessing. See a few pictures down.)
At first Daddy just held the slide and helped each kiddo down.
But soon Pops discovered more uses for the slide. You could turn it over as a see-saw and dump someone into the pool. Ellie gladly volunteered.
And Daddy imagined the slide as a boat that could float inside the pool. We all had a good time and are thankful to have a place to cool off.
